If you wish to order supplements or products
from Foresight with a credit or debit,
you must complete a credit
card payment form (HERE).
Please
print out the form and
send it to the Foresight Resource Centre with your first
order. Thereafter we will have your details and file,
so the form will not be needed. In such circumstances, only
complete the form again if your credit / debit card details change.
There is a supplementary
charge of £2.50
per transaction for credit cards and 50p per transaction for debit
cards. Orders placed over the phone must be paid for by credit or debit
card.
