Those who wish to follow our programme are invited to join us as members. Members receive a thrice-yearly newsletter and discount on the cost of hair analysis and Foresight-branded vitamin supplements.

MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION

There is as fee for annual membership of Foresight for UK residents of £35.00 per couple/family. This fee helps us to continue our work as a charity, conducting further research and helping as many people as we can. Please remember, we are a non-profit organisation.

Joining is easy. Simply print out the Membership Application form (above) and send it to us at the address given. Also, if you are a UK Tax Payer, please pay special attention to the Gift Aid Declaration form (details about this below) as it can help your donations to us go further.

Overseas Membership Enquiries

Membership enquiries from outside the United Kingdom are welcomed. Overseas membership costs £35.00 per couple/family + min. £2.00 for additional postage charges

We are able to accept credit card transactions (Paying by Debit / Credit Card), or else payment may be made by a Sterling Money Order for the appropriate amount, which can be purchased in most countries, made out to: Foresight.

Gift Aid Declaration

If you are a UK Tax Payer, you can help us make the most of your donations by completing the Gift Aid Declaration enclosed with the application form. Under British Tax Law, this entitles us to a further 28p in the pound of your kindly donated funds, meaning we can get that little bit extra that can make a difference.

Completing this form does not cost you anything, it gives us that little extra, and the Tax Office are happy because we are using their system legally and appropriately. In short, everyone wins.
